Project design and policy

Cambridge Education has substantial experience in policy planning for implementation of education sector reform, institutional capacity development, education quality standards, education project design and management at national, provincial, local and institution levels.

Our consultants support governments and donors throughout the preparatory stages of education projects and programmes.

Our work has included:

• Project Preparation Technical Assistance (PPTA) for the Asian Development Bank, including costing and formulating design and monitoring frameworks.
• Design and formulation missions for the EC
• Producing business cases and guidance notes for DFID
• Scoping and feasibility studies, and literature reviews
