Education asset management planning and capital investment strategies for Local Authorities

Given the curtailment of the BSF programme, it is even more importent that Local Authorities have rigorous Asset Management plans in place.  Working closely with their schools Local Authorities will have to ensure they manage their estate very carefully.

All schools and Local Authorities will be looking to gain maximum value from the various funding streams available, and need to work together on capital investment planning.
